RMA – REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION RETURN OF GOODS UNDER WARRANTY

Dear customer,
on this page you can proceed with the management of the Return of Goods under Guarantee by receiving an RMA number (Autorización de devolución de mercancía) from COMUNELLO which authorizes you to activate our Return Procedure. We kindly ask you to check the following conditions before proceeding with your request. Thanks for your kind cooperation.

CONTROLS

  1. VERIFY that the product has not been tampered with, or that the safety seal has not been removed or even raised, that the product has not been opened and that the screws have not been loosened.
  1. CHECK, through the identification data label of each single actuator (see
    image attached), that the product is still covered by the warranty terms of the F.lli Comunello, or:

    • MOTORS FOR GATES: 3 years from the date of sale to the dealer (traceable by Serial Number present in the motor)
    • ACCESSORIES FOR GATE MOTORS: 3 years from the date of production
    • MOTORS FOR WINDOWS: 3 years from the date of production
    • ROLLER SHUTTER MOTORS: 5 years from the date of production
    • ACCESSORIES FOR GATES: 2 years from the date of production

  1. VERIFY that the product is not working due to incorrect installation, incorrect adjustment of limit switches (for tubular motors) or for reasons clearly not attributable to F.lli Comunello, such as accidental falls or with obvious visible damages or broken due to F.lli Comunello SpA, (such as: rubbing, cracks, deformations, cracks, obvious signs of water entering such as rusted or oxidized screws and chains, burn marks due to incorrect power supply or surges, signs of tampering, breakage of the warranty seals or lack of fixing screws, etc.).
  1. If the product will be shipped in violation of points 1,2 and 3, the internal procedure will be applied to the customer, which provides for the charge of the handling fee of Euro 30 per piece.
  1. Alternatively, an estimate for the repair out of warranty can be requested.
  1. The material found not covered by warranty for the causes listed in points 1 – 2 & 3 of the above described checks, will be returned to the client with the shipping at the customer’s expense. Under no circumstances F.lli Comunello S.p.A. will dispose of the unrepaired products.
