Covid-19 emergency in a few weeks changed the whole world by impacting many aspects such as economical, social and environmental one.

Comunello Group, like many others, concretely faced the total cancellation of all trade fair events, essential occasions for us to meet sector professionals.

To protect customers and employees, we cancelled all meetings, both inside and outside the company, giving up for further opportunities dialogue and comparison.

In this epochal turning point, the priority was to create a new system of interaction with our partners as soon as possible.

We put in together the commercial resources, marketing and technical offices, trying to find together a strategy to maintain dialogue with all the involved parties.

Among the new proposals, we are going to launch our technical webinar for gate and automation divisions on Friday 15 May.

Webinars sessions dedicated to locksmiths, installers, specialized resellers, agents and all professionals of the gate and automation world, with the aim of providing technical content maintaining “safe distance”.

During the live broadcast it will be possible to participate actively, ask questions and bet and immediate feedback directly from the company service area.

All our commercial partners have been informed about this initiative in order to involve blacksmiths and installers.

The pilot project starts from Italian market to be extended abroad to our major international partners.

The aim of Comunello Group is to turn this crisis into opportunity, to open up to new circular communication patterns and introduce the company and its products, but at the same time listen and highlight those who work in the field every day.
