Self-supporting cantilever gate with internally-housed rack

Monorail with internally-housed rack:

• Aesthetics: the rack on the gate is hidden from view. Being self-supporting, there is no need for a track mounted on the ground.

• Protection. The pinion / rack coupling is completely protected inside the monorail housing, which guarantees excellent protection from

atmospheric agents.

• Carriage with integrated pinion providing quick installation: simply connect the pinion to the sliding motor. The installer does not have

to carry out any work to weld / fix the rack.

• Pinion wheels with latest-generation bearings: new generation silent shielded bearings (with double shielding) for better dust protection.

Suitable for temperatures ranging from -30° to 80°.

• 8 support wheels for each carriage. The weight is always distributed on 4 wheels for each carriage.

• Longitudinal alignment on 16 wheels.

• 4 adjustment screws to adjust glide.

• Possibility to adapt carriages for use with actuators of any brand, by using custom-made adapters.

• Self-balanced on the central pivot.

• The monorails are obtained from steel profiles with a maximum thickness of 6 mm and are available in 3 and 6 m lengths in both

galvanized and uncoated versions, depending on the different needs of the market and the installer.

• Secure mounting using six M16 fixings.
